Weekend Drive Garage is a luxury garage community in the heart of Sugar Land, Texas. Featuring up to 50 individually owned garages primarily for automotive enthusiasts and car collectors to store and maintain their prized vehicles.
Weekend Drive Garage offers the opportunity for a select group of people to own a secure, climate-controlled garage within a community of like-minded enthusiasts to connect and share their passion. An owner-only clubhouse is available 24/7 for owners and guests. Inside you will find a full bathroom, televisions, kitchen area and plenty of comfortable seating for you and your guests. The community has its own water well and aerobic septic system. A back-up generator ensures water, septic, the gate and exterior lighting are never compromised.
We prioritize security with 24/7 surveillance, controlled access, and advanced security systems to ensure your garages are safe. Entire site if fully protected with security fencing and a key-pad coded entry gate. Full outside lighting is also provided. Owners can access the site security cameras via the internet or mobile app.
Weekend Drive Garage is governed by a Condominium Declaration that is filed with the county. An HOA will manage the community based on the Condominium Declaration. When a certain number of garages are sold by the developer, the garage owners will become the managers of the HOA.
There will be fees assessed to the garage owners. Property taxes and HOA management fees will make up the majority of the fees. Property taxes will be the lowest in the area, since there will be no city, LID or MUD taxes, only county taxes. Overall, fees are expected to be quite low and will be determined once construction is complete for phase 1.

What you do inside your garage is pretty much the business of the garage owner. Running a retail, customer heavy business is prohibited. No heavy traffic business is allowed. Entry to the community will be monitored and rules enforced. The primary philosophy of the community is to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for the owners.
